Sample diet menu for two days, which are repeated for two weeks.

The first day - unloading

1,5-2 liters of kefir 1% fat content divided into several receptions (5-7).
Green tea, water without gas, 1 green apple is allowed.

The second day is the habitual diet of proper nutrition
Include in the diet more fruits and vegetables. Dinner not later than 18.00. There is everything, but within the acceptable limits.

Breakfast: 200 grams of cereal, 100 grams of cottage cheese.

Snack: 1 apple, 8 almonds, green tea.

Lunch: chicken broth with 1 breast without skin, vegetable salad, baked fish.

Snack: 100 grams of cottage cheese, 1 cup of berries.

Dinner (18.00): 200 g of low-fat meat, baked in the oven, vegetables.
