Unloading kefir diets are used in those cases when a low-calorie menu is not effective enough, and you decide to lose weight to a greater extent than kefir unloading days allow and / or not in such a harsh way. Such diets stimulate the metabolism and contribute to the consumption of their own body fat stores.

One-week kefir diet will allow, depending on the variant and personal physical characteristics, to lose 3-5 kg ​​of excess weight, reaching 10%, and up to 7-8 kg in case of excess weight over 20%. Naturally, it should be used only for real loss weight , dumping excess kilograms.

Curd-kefir diet (I)
Eat 4 times a day for 100 grams of fresh fat-free cottage cheese (preferably homemade) with wheat food bran (1-2 teaspoons). Pre-soak them with boiling water, and after 20-30 minutes, drain the liquid. Cottage cheese is well combined with honey, fruits, berries and vegetables, so it is desirable to add it before meals in each serving.
From the daily dose of cottage cheese (400 g), you can prepare cottage cheese casseroles with the addition of fruits, dried fruits or vegetables. In fruit casseroles there is no need for sugar, and in vegetable (sprinkled with herbs) - in salt. For breakfast and dinner, it is advisable to additionally drink a glass of yogurt (curdled milk, ryazhenka) or broth of rose hips.

Curd-kefir (milk) diet (II)

Eat 5 times a day for 60 g cottage cheese 9% fat and drink 2 cups kefir (milk) 5 times a day.

Curd-kefir diet (III)

Eat a day in 5 receptions 500 g low-fat cottage cheese with 2 cups kefir.

Mixed diet with kefir (milk)

Drink 6 glasses of warm milk daily (kefir). In addition: 350 grams of low-fat boiled meat and 50-60 grams of vegetables (and then, and another in 4 meals). Meat can be replaced with boiled fish.

Kefir and vegetable diet

Eat per day for 6 receptions of 1.2-1.8 kg of vegetables (except potatoes) in any cooking or raw (in the form of salads, vinaigrettes).

Recipes

Vinaigrette: grate 100 gr of raw and 100 g of cooked beets, 100 g of raw carrots, put 2 tablespoons of green peas, 50 g of green onions, 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic, mix with finely chopped pickled cucumber, season with vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons) and lemon juice or vinegar.

Salad: finely chop 400 g of cabbage, pour boiling water and hold in it for 2-3 minutes (to remove bitterness), drain the water, lightly squeeze the cabbage, add salt, season with sunflower oil or mayonnaise, adding sugar to taste.
