Each of the women wants to be beautiful, slender, and to achieve their goals we visit fitness centers, we sit on different diets. But none of us is immune from the appearance of so-called striae, i.e. stretch marks. They are formed when the body weight changes abruptly. It is much easier to prevent this problem than to eliminate it later.
Eat right: less sweet and flour, and more vegetables and fruits. Limit the amount of protein food that promotes skin elasticity. Never eat enough to feel the heaviness in the stomach. It is better to stop eating when you feel that you could still eat.
It is useful to take such baths: dissolve 350 g of sea salt and soak in such a bath for 15 minutes at t 36-37 degrees (no higher). Apply the bath 2-3 times a week for a month. You can use essential oils (orange, mandarin, lemon, juniper, bergamot). Mix a few drops of essential oil with a glass of kefir and pour into water.
After taking a bath, rub the moist skin with a dry brush, light circular motions, but not too much.
