2. Stand on the floor, bend your knees slightly and put your hands in them. Perform 15-20 rotations in each direction.
3. Spread your legs and repeat the previous exercise.

5. Holding the support, do the following exercise: standing on your right foot, climb up on the toe. Then repeat the exercise for the left foot. Repeat 15-20 times.
6. Stand upright, grasp the support and raise your right foot to the right angle with the trunk. In this position, bend the leg in the knee 15-20 times, then change the leg and perform the exercise for the left leg.
7. Lie on your back, put your feet together. Smoothly reduce and dilute your knees without moving your feet. Repeat the exercise 15 times.
8. Stand up straight, put your hands on your waist, put your feet together, spread your legs at the expense of socks and heels. Repeat the exercise 40 times.
9. Stand upright, lower your arms along the body, bend the right leg in the knee and pull it gently to the stomach, if necessary, helping yourself with your hand. Change your legs and repeat the exercise for your left foot.
10. Lying on your back, put your hands behind your head, bend your legs and spread them slightly wider than your shoulders. Reduce and dilute your knees. Perform the exercise 50 times.
