Fillet of white fish - 700 g (we have cod)
Garlic - 10 g
Cheese - 3 tbsp. L
Parsley - 2 tbsp. L
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. L.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
Preheat the oven. In a skillet with a thick bottom, let's warm up the butter, add the chopped garlic, fry it a bit, and add it. Remove from the fire, add cheese and greens, mix until homogeneity.
We put the fish on a baking tray, sprinkled with lemon juice, we will lay out the mixture with crumbs on top, squeeze a little and put into the oven for 10-15 minutes.
