Yogurt / kefir / cream 250 g
Cheese 50g
1 Cut the fillet into small cubes and quickly fry in a heated frying pan. Salt and pepper.
2 Add yogurt / kefir / cream to the fillet, mix well and reduce heat.
3 Add finely grated cheese and stir again. Once the cheese melts, you can serve it to the table.
