Salad with chicken breast
- Chinese salad (Chinese cabbage) 300 g
- Pepper sweet red (paprika) 1 pc.
- Apples (160 g) 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil 20 ml
- Garlic lobules 1 pc.
- Chicken fillet 200 g
- Sea salt 3/4 tsp.
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Natural yoghurt 125 ml
- Dijon mustard 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice 5 ml
- Buckwheat honey 15 g
- Dried fennel 1 tsp.
Preparation:
Salad of vegetables and apples with lightly fried chicken breast and yogurt-based dressing is delicious and balanced. Suitable for late dinner or just for easy meals.
Cooking time: 20 min.
Preparation:
1) Lettuce leaves are thoroughly washed, dried and cut into thin strips. Pepper seed and thinly cut into strips. Remove the apple from the seeds and peel and cut it into strips. Put everything in a bowl and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apple from getting dark.
2) In a small amount of oil, brown to a golden hue the crushed clove of garlic, remove the garlic.
3) On scented garlic oil fry strips of chicken fillet, salt and pepper. Do not overdry the chicken so that it does not become dry, fry literally for 5 minutes over medium heat.
4) For refueling, combine all the ingredients and mix well. You can use yogurt or sour cream for this dressing. If you see a liquid that has peeled off from the yogurt, merge it so that the dressing is more dense. You can even put the yogurt on a sieve and allow to drain the liquid for 15-20 minutes. Ready to refuel please try to adjust its taste, depending on the taste of the components and their preferences.
