Diet on beer. The expected result is 5 kg per week. It is recommended to use nonalcoholic or slightly alcoholic beer. During the diet it is recommended to forget about salt and sugar. Allowed products: lean meat (rabbit, turkey, chicken), fish, dairy products, vegetables, buckwheat, bread and olive oil, coffee or 30 grams of dark chocolate (2 times per diet). It is necessary to drink 2-3 liters of liquid: herbal tea, or non-carbonated mineral water.
Sample diet menu for the week
Day 1
1 liter of beer, 100 grams of buckwheat.
Day 2
1 liter of beer, 100 g of boiled chicken.
Day 3
1 liter of beer, 100 g of boiled fish.
Day 4
1 liter of beer, 100 g of boiled meat.
Day 5
1 liter of beer, any fruits and vegetables.
Day 6
1 liter of beer.
Day 7
Mineral water during the day.
