Three smoothies. Three ways to start the day well.
1. Smoothies with oatmeal and banana
We need:
1 tbsp. Oatmeal
2 tbsp. L. water
1 glass of milk
1 banana
Preparation:
Add water to the oatmeal and let it stand for a few minutes, literally.
In a blender or food processor put a banana, do not forget about oatmeal, pour in the milk. You can add a little sugar or honey. Stir.
2. Smoothies with cranberries and porridge
We need:
1 tbsp. Oatmeal 3 tablespoons water
1 banana
Handful of cranberries
1 tsp. Honey
0.5 glasses of water
Preparation:
Oatmeal pour three tablespoons of water and let stand for a couple of minutes.
Put a banana and an oatmeal in a blender or food processor
Add cranberries
Add water and mix. There was only honey. Add it to the almost ready-made drink. And stir again.
Done!
3. Smoothies with banana and mandarin
We need:
1 banana
1 juicy mandarin without seeds
0.5 glasses of water
Preparation:
In a blender or food processor, place a banana, add slices of mandarin. Stir.
Add water and mix again. Honey / sugar / a little cinnamon - if desired.
Done!
