It is not for nothing that the salmon is considered a royal fish: it is useful, and delicately tender, and beautiful ... it's easy to cook quickly. Yes, pleasure is not the cheapest ... but to pamper yourself, family and friends on any occasion is not forbidden, is it ?!
In principle, according to this recipe, you can cook any fish - ultimately you will get an incredibly tasty treat. In the meantime, salmon baked with cream and lemon.
Ingredients:
Salmon - 600 g fillet
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
Cream - 350 ml
Dill - 1 handful (s)
Parsley - 1 handful (s)
Thyme - 5 sprig (s)
Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
1. The very process of making salmon baked in cream with lemon is so quick that I would advise the oven to turn on the heat in advance to 180 degrees.
This dish can (of course) be cooked using fish steaks ... but I like the variant with the fillet most of all - well, I do not want to be distracted by bones, enjoying this yummy ...
Therefore, if you have (just like me) just a suitable fish piece, then "free" it from the skin and spine bone with a sharp knife will not be difficult even for the beginning hostess.
First, just divide the fish carcass along the spinal bone in half. Then gently cut the ribs and fins - we will get two fillets with skin.
This is the same skin is separated from the fillet and is quite simple. If desired, you can leave - in this case scales, of course, it is better to clean.
2. We get as a result two halves of a fillet, here them and we will cut oblong slices, width approximately on 4-5 see. In a forcing for baking we spread pieces. Now you can taste it with black pepper and salt; And also, to give a more spicy citrus flavor, sprinkle with lemon juice and add a few twigs of fresh thyme.
3. Next - fresh greens of dill and parsley finely chopped.
We rub on a fine grater a peel of a lemon, from half of one big lemon it will be quite enough.
4. In a separate container, mix the cream with chopped herbs and lemon zest.
5. Pour the resulting sauce pickled pieces of fish fillets so that they are completely covered on all sides, and put the form with salmon in the oven for 20-25 minutes, of course, the time depends on the thickness of the fish pieces.
Serve salmon, baked with cream and lemon, is best hot. The garnish can be cooked and boiled potatoes with dill, and crumbly rice, and just boiled favorite vegetables (as already a dietary option).
