These simple exercises on the press, developed by the New York trainer specially for women, will help you to find a beautiful tummy.

You will feel how the whole body is changing - after all, these exercises involve other muscles.
Between exercises, take a 30-second rest. Each exercise is done in 2 sets.
Include these exercises on the press in your complex 2-3 times a week, and after a month notice a tangible result!

Exercise for the press number 1 - Pose of the bar

Hold the pose for 15 seconds, then lower your knees and rest for 5 seconds.
Only 10 repetitions of 15 seconds.
Exercise for the press number 2 - Legs and body lifts

Lay down on the left side, legs at an angle of 30 degrees to the body. Leave your left hand on the floor, and place your right hand behind your head (A).
We tear off the straight legs from the floor, and the body stretch towards the legs (B).
We slowly return to the starting position.
We do 15-25 repetitions for each side.

Exercise for the press number 3 - super-turns for women

We lay down on the back: straight arms behind the head, legs stretched out. Shoulders and legs are detached from the floor (A). Hold this pose for 15 seconds, and then perform a flip on the stomach.
The press works, legs and hands are torn off the floor (B). Hold this pose for 15 seconds and roll over on the back.
We carry out 7-10 such coups.

Exercise for the press number 4 - on the bottom of the press

We lay on the back, hands on the sides. Knees are bent, feet touch each other's soles (A).
Now lift the legs towards the ceiling and tear off the back from the floor (B). We return to the starting position.
Only 15-25 repetitions.
