Chicken salad with cucumber and corn

For 4 servings you will need:

2 chicken fillets, about 250 g each
1 medium cucumber
1 large stalk of celery
150 g of canned sweet corn
1 head of lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste

For refueling:
1 small red onion
4-5 sprigs of dill
6 tablespoons Natural yoghurt or sour cream 10%
Salt to taste
Preparation:

We prepare the gas station. Finely chop the onions and dill. We put in a bowl, add yogurt or sour cream, salt to taste and mix. We put it aside.

Each chicken fillet is cut in half along, to make thin cutlets. Solim and pepper to taste. In a frying pan on medium heat, heat 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil. We lay the fillet and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. We remove from the frying pan and set aside.

Cucumber cut in half along, then cut into thin slices. Celery is also cut into thin slices.

Chilled chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

In the dish put the leaves of the salad. Mix the chicken, corn, cucumber and celery, salt to taste and lay out on the salad. We pour the dressing and serve.
