Chicken in mushroom sauce with cheese

It is necessary:
- 600 g of chicken breast
- 300 g of champignons
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp. Vegetable or chicken broth
- 50g of cheese with reduced fat content (I have 5% polar)
- a pinch of chili pepper
- pinch of curry
- salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Chicken breast wash, dry, cut, salt, pepper.
Put out in 1 glass of water 5-7 minutes after it boils.
Transfer to the baking dish.
Mushrooms are washed and cut large.
Bulb, cut into half rings.
Garlic crush the flat side of the knife and finely chop.
Grate the carrots.
Onion, mushrooms, carrots, fry in a dry skillet without oil. Add broth, salt, pepper, and allow the liquid to evaporate by about a third.
When the sauce is almost ready, add the garlic.
Fill the chicken with mushroom sauce, cover the form with a lid or tighten with foil and send to a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes to get a golden crust.
