Soup with prawns
Ingredients:
- Shrimps - 300 g
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Tsukini - 1 pc.
- Cheese hard - 50 g
- Onion - 1/2 head
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Cut the zucchini into an average cube.
3. Broccoli washed and divided into inflorescences, removing the hard parts.
4. Carrot and chop the onions.
5. All the prepared vegetables should be placed in a saucepan, add water, so that it almost covers the vegetables. Cook the vegetables over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. After boiling, add salt to taste.
6. Cook the cooked vegetables in a bowl with cold water. So they will not lose their color.
7. Cut the cheese into small pieces, prepare the cut dill greens.
8. Pure the vegetables with a blender. Add the cheese and herbs to the vegetables, mix thoroughly. If necessary, use the blender again.
9. Boil the shrimp for 2 minutes, cool, clean. Fry in a non-stick frying pan with lemon juice and salt added.
Serve vegetable soup with mashed cheese and greens
