Recipe for 6 servings, in one serving 153 kcal.

Shrimp - 350 g.
Carrots - 300 g.
Red bell pepper - 300 g.
Broccoli - 300 g.
Onion - 170 g.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green peas - 300 g.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Canola oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 0.25 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 0.25 tsp.
1. Put shrimps in a deep bowl, add salt and cayenne pepper and mix well. If you use frozen seafood, you must first unfreeze them and allow them to dry out.
2. Pour oil into the pan with Teflon coating, add shrimp and fry, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes. Put the prawns (without oil) back into a bowl.
3. Grind onion and garlic, put into a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add pre-cut carrots and sweet peppers, broccoli, green peas, two tablespoons of water. Stir everything and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the shrimp and lemon juice to the vegetables, mix, leave on fire for a couple of minutes.
As a side dish, you can serve rice.
