Ingredients:
4 sweet peppers (color to choose from)
2 tuna cans in own juice
60 grams of grated, low-fat cheese
60 g of tomato paste
Green onion (finely chopped)
100 g of finely chopped olives (can be excluded)
Preparation:
Heat the oven at maximum temperature. Down the oven put the metal dishes with water.
Divide the peppers into halves and extract the seeds.
Place the cut side down on the baking sheet using a silicone lining or baking paper, cook for 3-4 minutes
As soon as the peppers soften slightly and the skin is close to the base of the bubbles - remove from the oven and turn them over.
While the peppers are baked, prepare the filling.
Drain the juice from the tuna. Stir it with tomato paste, olives, onions and spices.
Put the mixture in halves of peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
Prepare the stuffed peppers in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
