INGREDIENTS:
Whole-grain / rye bread - 4 slices (200 g)
Boiled chicken fillet - 200 gr,
Cheese mozzarella - 60 gr,
Salad leaves (for example corn) - 30 gr,
Tomatoes (1 large tomato) - 120 gr.
RECIPE:
- Cut into thin slices the cheese, put it on pieces of bread, on top of the cheese, let the salad leaves come off.
- Cut the tomato in half circles, cut the chicken fillets into slices. Put the tomatoes on the sandwiches, put the fillets on top.
- Put the sandwiches in a hot oven for a few minutes before melting the cheese (for 15 minutes) or in a microwave oven.
