You will need:

200 g of champignons
1 large onion
150g sour cream10%
Greens, salt
How to cook:

1. Mushrooms and onions finely chopped and stewed in a small amount of water for 15 minutes with the lid closed, so that the liquid does not evaporate (if the mushrooms are dry, you can add more water).
2. Then add sour cream and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Cool, add greens and grind everything in a blender until smooth.

The sauce is ready!
