Large breaks between meals are perhaps the most common mistake. Try not to allow gaps between meals for more than three hours. The fact is that a rare diet (after 4-5 hours) stimulates the increased secretion of insulin and leptin. And these hormones are responsible for the deposition of fat. So, if you care about your figure, you need to break the traditional food schedule and eat food in small, often small portions.
If you work, you should buy special containers and carry pre-cooked food. Sometimes this is the only way out, because often working girls do not have time to have lunch. Many hours of hunger leads to overeating and metabolic disorders, and this is repeated every day. Even if you can go out to a restaurant during dinner and order, for example, a piece of meat with a salad - this will not be enough! From 8 am to 7-8 pm, while you get to the house, you will have only 1 meal! Therefore, stock up with something that you can eat during the day. For example, kefir (not sweet yogurt), breads, low-fat natural curd, take 1-2 apple, grapefruit and so on. Choose the options that will be most convenient. Will your colleagues look strange to you? Do not hesitate to say: "Yes, I watch my food, yes, I want to look better, yes, I do sports!" It's better to be shy to walk with a container than to be shy about your figure.
It is possible to make preforms in advance, it is very convenient to use a steamer - this is a quick, easy and very useful way of cooking. You will only need to lay the fish or chicken fillets in one tier and any vegetables for your taste - on another tier, season with spices. A healthy lunch and dinner is ready!

So, ideally, you should get 4-6 meals a day. Carbohydrates are preferable to eat in the morning, by the evening reducing their number.

What foods should a healthy diet consist of:
As a protein food, meat of turkey and veal, chicken, lean beef, fat-free cottage cheese, eggs, seafood are ideal. Preferably meat steamed, boiled, grilled.
Carbohydrates: cereals, oat flakes, pasta from durum wheat, brown or brown rice, bread.
Fruits and vegetables, preferably green, greens
Fats: vegetable oils (linseed, olive) fish, nuts

Another key point of healthy eating is ordinary water. Water from the body is excreted by the kidneys. When you drink a lot, the kidneys begin to work actively and the adrenal glands are activated along the way - hormones on the tops of the kidneys. They secrete more hormones and they are all "fat burning". In addition, water carries with it by-products of metabolism. The less "garbage" will be in the blood, the less the burden on the liver, and then this body will be able to deal without hindrance with its important function - the fight against fat.
