Cognitive functions of the brain are somewhat like muscles: if they are not loaded, then they atrophy, and vice versa. Therefore, we offer to your attention a number of simple exercises that will help quickly and easily improve memory:

1. Several times a day, look at the clock and remember what you did yesterday at the same
