Yogurt cake with kiwi and banana its low-calorie 80 kcal

Ingredients:
- 200 grams of shortbread cookie
- 70 g of butter
- 4 kiwis
- 2 bananas
- 500 ml of yogurt
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons gelatin
- 0.5 cups of boiled water
Cake Decoration:
- 2 kiwis
- 40 gr of almond petals
Preparation:
1. Chop the cookies into crumbs and add softened butter (if the oil is solid, then it can be melt in a water bath).
2. Mix everything in a homogeneous mass.
3. Fold the form with parchment and put the cookies in the cake. Put the workpiece in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4. Pour gelatin 0.5 cups of water and leave it to swell for 25-30 minutes.
5. Kiwis should be cleaned and cut into cubes. Combine kiwi, lemon juice and sugar.
6. Warm everything over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, so that the kiwis have extracted the juice, then cool.
7. Pour gelatin and yogurt into the resulting mass. It's good to mix everything.
8. Lay 1-2 banana slices on the cake. Then pour all the  Yogurt mass and put it to freeze in the freezer or refrigerator for 6 hours or at night.
9. Remove the prepared cake from the mold and carefully remove the parchment.
Garnish with kiwi slices and lightly roasted almond petals.
