Monday

Tea: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Dinner: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 sandwich of wheat bread with butter.

Tuesday

Breakfast: 1 plate of oatmeal. 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Lunch: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 2 chicken eggs. 1 sandwich of wheat bread with butter and cheese.
Tea: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 apples
Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. A third of a cup of jam (for us - jam).
Lunch: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 boiled chicken drumstick.
Tea: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Dinner: 1 bowl of boiled beans

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 plate of oatmeal.
Lunch: 3 chicken eggs.
Tea: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 pears

Friday

Breakfast: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar. 1 sandwich of wheat bread with butter and cheese.
Lunch: a glass of milk. 1 boiled chicken drumstick.
Tea: 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes. 1 cup of strong tea without sugar.
