For training on the Breast 30 minutes are enough;
Training should include at least 3-4 exercises;
Exercises should involve the upper, lower and oblique muscles of the Breast;
Each exercise should have 3-4 approaches;
Rest between the approaches is minimal, preferably not more than 1-2 minutes;
In each approach, at least 20-30 repetitions;
Each workout to increase the load;
It is advisable to use every exercise for some new exercise, so that the muscles of the Breast do not adapt to monotonous loads;
If you only perform twisting, and do not tilt with the weighting, then the waistline will not be lost when swinging oblique muscles.
Before and after training, refrain from eating for two hours
