First, you always need to determine priorities for yourself. If your nail is broken or your boss yells for no reason, do not get discouraged! Remember that in life there are much more sad events. And if you and your loved ones are healthy, then life is not so bad as it seems to you at the moment.
Secondly, find a job for yourself that will calm your nerves and bring moral satisfaction. You can embroider, knit, draw pictures or, for example, prepare a festive dinner, which will please your loved ones. Give your hobby at least a few minutes a day, and you can safely survive all the troubles. Remember that you should not look for comfort in drinking! The problem still does not dare. And you only aggravate the situation.
Third, pay special attention to sleep, which should last at least 8 hours a day. Only then you will be able to think soberly and adequately assess the current situation.
Fourth, learn how to breathe properly. As you know, in a stressful situation, a person begins to breathe very quickly and superficially, which further depresses the psyche. Try to protect the nervous system from overloading, using various breathing exercises, which are practiced, for example, in yoga.
Fifth, stay close to nature. Be sure to spend some time in the open air. If you have such an opportunity, go out of town to take a walk in the woods or near the reservoirs. You will feel a surge of strength and positive emotions.
Sixth, know how to solve problems in turn. Try to write on the sheet of paper everything that you care about at a certain point in time. Then determine which ones you need to solve initially, and which ones to postpone for later. Sometimes it happens that a person begins to worry about an event beforehand, and when it happens, it turns out that it was not worth worrying.
Sometimes we create problems for ourselves and spend a lot of energy on solving them. Often the cause of constant stress is the fear of any difficulties. A person preprograms himself to the negative. Every problem causes him panic.
If you have similar problems, remember that not everything is so sad. Try not to think about the bad. Thoughts tend to materialize, and if you adjust to the positive, then everything will be just like that! When you wake up, smile at your reflection in the mirror and say that life is beautiful! A new day will surely bring you positive emotions and no difficulties can prevent it. And if you have any problems - learn to solve them with a smile and ease without moral loss for yourself!
