Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Honey - 1 tbsp. L
Lemon juice - 1 piece
Olive oil - 1 tbsp. L
Seasoning for chicken - to taste
Salt, pepper - to taste
Instruction:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade (honey, butter, lemon juice). Mix the meat into small pieces, pour the marinade, and put for 1 hour in the fridge. Heat the frying pan, lay the meat along with marinade, fry over high heat, until the marinade practically evaporates, then reduce the heat, cover and hold for 5 more minutes.
