Champignons 100 g
Carrot 1 pc.
Onion 1 pc.
Tomatoes 3 pcs. (Large)
Salt, pepper, thyme
Preparation:

Boil buckwheat to half-cooked. Zucchini cut into thin strips, carrots grate, tomatoes cut into cubes. Put out the vegetables. In a separate frying pan, greased with a drop of oil, fry the mushrooms, cut into thin plates. After the mushrooms evaporated excess liquid add to them chopped onions rings. Fry until golden brown. Combine vegetables, onions with mushrooms and buckwheat. Add salt, pepper, thyme. Mix. Put everything in the pots, add a little water and simmer until cooked in the oven at 200 degrees.
